At Enzo’s Kitchen, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Enzo’s Kitchen is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Enzo’s Kitchen is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Enzo’s Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, reach out to us at orders@enzokitchen.com and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
